Complete official HUDEX report, summed across its community rows within each geocoded county FIPS. Policy Count includes condominium units under master policies. Average premium is Total Premium + Federal Policy Fee divided by Policy Count; this is an aggregate per policy unit, not a property quote. Loss counts include losses closed without payment. Total Net Dollars Paid is cumulative in this report, including the source's adjustments. The report does not specify the first loss year or split losses by year, so a starting year and annual breakdown are not inferred. Unassigned county records are retained in state totals separately. No record sampling.
